Greg H. Lindsey is an Assistant Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs and the Associate Director for Environmental Research at the Center. He directs environmental research conducted by staff in the areas of environmental planning and policy, water resources, and solid waste management and has responsibility for administration of the Environmental Fellows program. He has published articles on environmental planning and water resources planning and management in the Journal of the American Planning Association, the Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management, and Water Resources Bulletin. He teaches classes in environmental planning, urban physical systems, and environmental science. |
| Prior to joining the Center, Dr. Lindsey served as Chief of the Policy, Planning, and Regulatory Development Division of the Sediment and Stormwater Administration in the Maryland Department of the Environment. While there, he coordinated nonpoint source pollution management activites for the state of Maryland. Dr. Lindsey also has several years experience in the private sector with environmental consulting firms and nonprofit organizations. | |
