Laura Littlepage
Policy Analyst


Laura Littlepage has been a Policy Analyst with Indiana University's Center for Urban Policy and the Environment since 1992. She is currently coordinating the Center's evaluation of the impact of riverboat gambling in Indiana for the Indiana Gaming Commission as well as coordinating a visioning project and an economic analysis for Polk County, Iowa. She is also conducting an evaluation of the Arts Partners program for Young Audiences and is a member of a team that is conducting an evaluation of the United Way's Targeted Initiative Fund program for the Community Centers of Indianapolis. She serves as a member of the United Way's Moving to Results Taskforce which is assisting the United Way in redesigning its allocation process. She also serves as an adjunct professor in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs, teaching Introduction to Public Affairs and Public Program Evaluation.
Ms. Littlepage holds a Master of Public Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University. She has ten years of government experience at both the state and local level in New York and Indiana in various capacities with duties that included budgeting, policy analysis and program evaluation. Her publications include several Center publications, a book chapter and two journal articles.
